Measures 17 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 17 1/2 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 26 1/4 inches shoulder seam to hand. The size tag is a U.S. 40R; its a slim cut and would best fit a Mens Size Small (Id recommend comparing the above measurements with a blazer you own, just to be sure it would fit!).
