This is a smart collar for pet lovers, who want to take their pets, whereabouts serious it comes with a collar and two tracking devices that are rechargeable you can trade them out on the collar when one battery is dead you can use the other one and it uses a regular android charger to charge these it comes with an instruction manual start guide and there’s an app of course called whistle labs pretty neat but I am not a pit parent unfortunately not yet
